Greg R. Steffes

   
Greg has over 20 years of experience supervising and managing multi-million dollar commercial and residential construction projects, and working with Insulated Concrete Construction. He has worked throughout North America, Hawaii and in the Dominican Republic. He has built more than 350 homes, structures and pools using more than 20 different ICF systems. Greg has a proven record of success in completing projects on time and under budget. He is aggressive in identifying and resolving inefficient operational processes. Greg is a strong team leader and is able to motivate others to achieve optimal production rates while maintaining high safety methods and practices. He excels in unpredictable and hectic environments.
    

James A. Gray

   
James has extensive international experience in the building industry and property development. He has had a key role with construction companies that were first founded by his family in 1955 and are still operating profitably today. James has had extensive experience working with ICF products for over 17 years. James worked with leading architectural and property ownership groups in both Greenwich, Connecticut and in London, England. In 1997 James participated in the founding and continues in an ownership role in a real estate focused private equity firm based in London. He is the founder and Managing Director of the architectural, construction and property development group Cornice & Rose International, LLC. He is a licensed architect and has a B.S. from the University of Illinois. James has attended seminars at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and has a CNU-A certification in new urbanism. He holds a LEED Accredited Professional designation through the U.S. Green Building Council. James currently serves on several non-profit and advisory boards.
